For our client, family office based in Monaco we are looking for an HUMAN RESSOURCES GENERALIST

You will assist the managing director in developping the HR function inside the group.
You will be based in Monaco but your responsibilities are extended to support global opérations.


  • Act as primary HR contact for employees, people managers on all HR operational related matters and process cycles
  • Act as primary contact for administrative authorities
  • Drive and optimize recruitments
  • Manage the employee life cycle from start to finish and ensure compliance.
  • implement harmonization of different legal entities .
  • Set up HR policies, processes, tools, and reporting requirements to align with organizational objectives
  • Drive employee engagement through various HR projects and initiatives.

Personal Attributes

First significative experience in HR operations in a global oriented company ( minimum 5 years)
Adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to provide responsive and high-quality information and advice to senior members of staff.
Maturity and keen judgment required to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Organised with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
High degree of efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with HR systems, Excel data analysis, reporting and presentations.
Can dive into detailed, tactical work, while also seeing the bigger picture.
Fluent English
