For our client, based in Monaco we are looking for a CONTROLLING SPECIALIST HR
Direct report to the Director of financial planning & analysis, your function will be halfway between finance and human ressources.
You are joining a company and a team in continous development.
This position is a creation and you will have to setup the function from scratch.
Your main mission will be :
- collect, analyze and synthesize information on social data
- create KPI to follow the wage bill and the workforce
- Develop monthly dashboards
- Participate to closing
- Implement IT tools : configure control and monitor finance parts of HRIS tools
- Budgeting and payroll monitoring / alert HR to possible abuses
Master’s degree in finance accounting with a specialization in HR, social management control
Experience of 7-10 years in HR controlling
Good proficiency of specific IT tools related to the company’s HR information systems
You also get a good Human ressources culture to make strategic recommendations
You are curious and sociable, autonomous and proactive
You previously had an international environnement expérience
Attractive salary : 55-60K€ gross MC based + bonus + mutuelle + transport allowance
